No, people wouldn't have FEWER children if there was no Medicaid. They'd just skip out on the hospital bill.

Never slowed people down before. As a matter of fact I think if you go back before medicaid (coincedentaly before birth control) there were MORE kids...LOL

i think not only that but if there were less hand outs that people would have less kids . some people get pregnant for the foodstamps and crap . it is sad really .
Yeah, cuz we all know people NEVER had children irresponsibly before all the foodstamps and crap...
