How often do you get depressed?

I get depressed every other day, my mood is up most times then there's the dreaded lows. Can you control your depression or do you feel out of control with it?

  • there are two kinds of depression 1) circumstantial (sometimes you can do something about it and make it better. 2) physiological - you may need meds for that but know it is cyclical and comes and goes. If you dont' take meds then learn to find your cycle pattern and just hold on during the lows and save the energy from the highs. You could ask your dr about the supplement 5HTP. It helps me.
