please help me!!

my 13 month old son can have cheese and cows milk mixed with other stuff but not straight, it makes him really sick. he drinks the soy milk but not enough of it to be nutritious. and the lactoce free milk make him have a puke a thon. does any one have suggestions. i want my son to be healthy.

  • you can put him on vitamins they have the chewy ones that way hes getting what he needs

  • I'm not a Dr, but I think if he's getting enough vitamin D and Calcium, he should be fine!

  • He may tolerate yogurt. If he has some cheese and some milk and some yogurt or pudding and some soy milk, then he's probably getting enough of what he needs. Check with his doctor.

  • Supplement his diet with calcium rich foods instead.

  • "Cow's milk is really just a convenient source of calcium, protein, fats, vitamin D, etc. - it's not required. There are many people in many parts of the world who do not drink milk and still manage to get all the calcium, protein, fats, vitamin D, etc. that they need.
