  • I have a 9 month old. First thing when she wakes up at 7:30 am, she has a 6 oz. bottle, then at 10:00 she has baby cereal with a small jar of fruit mixed together, at 12:00 she has a 4 oz bottle, she has snack puffs at 1:30, a small jar of fuit or a small jar of veges at 3:00, at 4:00 she has another bottle, between 5 & 6:00 she has more cereal mixed with a jar of fruit, and lastly she has a 6 oz. bottle at 7:30. Bedtime is 8:00, she sleeps all night.

  • My son breastfeeds on demand and then as far as food gets...
Breakfast (9:00-10:00) - 1-2 tablespoons Oatmeal with 1 cube (or oz) fruit and 2 oz yogurt
Lunch (1:00-2:00)- 3 cubes vege and 1 tablespoon rice and maybe some finger foods like soft fruit or something
Snack (4:00ish) - some Gerber snacks (puffs, wagon wheels, yogurt melts)
Dinner (7:00)- Finger foods, 1/2 jar Meat dinner (turkey and sweet potato or something) 2 oz yogurt

  • When my son was that age, he'd nurse on demand, and have a few spoonfuls of pureed veggies once every other day or so.
