3 month old leaking colostrum

I was changing my daughter's clothes this morning when I noticed she was leaking colostrum from both of her little nipples... I have heard of this being common with newborns, but my daughter is 3 months old!! What could possibly be causing this? If it is a hormonal change is there a possibility that I may be pregnant again?

  • I think it might still be considered normal, but I'd mention it to the doc.

  • It's just from your hormones...not to be concerned. I dont' think it means you're pregnant

  • But I know that the pregnancy hormones stop being produced by your body before 3 months postpartum. She has also never has this issue before.

  • My son had witches milk for a couple of months. It's normal just don't squeeze. It'll go away eventually. it's from hormones.
