Any suggestions for hunger control?

I have always been a small girl..weighing 110 before kids. I weighed 180 when I had my second, and now weigh 155.. 7 months later. I am ALWAYS hungry. Any suggestions for better snacks and even meals?

  • lots of fiber or flax seed. it fills you up faster and keeps you fuller longer. plus helps keep things regular. lol.

  • lol you're not the only one. I talked to my dr. about this too and she said to eat half the portion I would normally eat, lots of fiber in my diet, and she said to try eat healthier like low fat and sugar free stuff.
