  • I would do something fresh and easy. A fruit platter and maybe some veggies. You can put out some cucumber sandwiches if you want to but I'd stay with mostly cool and fresh foods.

  • Yeah, fresh fruit and veggies is good. It's healthy. You don't want your guest to be so full and feel fat at a party that's supposed to make you feel good.

  • when my stretch and toning class does spa night we always do fresh fruit and veggie trays with dips. We also have strawberries, both plain and dipped in chocolate. We also have sparkling wine..both alocoholic and non-alcoholic.

  • I'd make something with indivual containers for everyone.. like when Ina Garten on Food Network makes a pasta or potato salad and serves it in individual chinese take out boxes for everyone. She has awesome party recipes.

  • Fresh fruit and/or veggie platters. Take small loaf of coctail bread, spread with soften cream cheese and cucumber slices. Chocolate covered strawberries for dessert.
