  • The only people who will be impartial are the ones who are too dumb to get out of jury duty, and most of them won't have been following the news. Besides doesn't the law state that she is entitled to a jury of her peers? That's what she will probably get!

  • It's too bad that the trial will be so focused on sensationalism. Hopefully they will focus on what they are there for, finding justice for a little girl who can't do it herself...

  • No , no trial is ever fair for anyone. I do not hate her and will not wish ill on her but I hope she gets the help she needs.

  • She should pay no matter what-she obviously had plenty to do with it and didn't look to concerned when her daughter was missing.

  • probably not but i believe she did it whether it was an accident or on purpose. i just think she was more into her own life than raising a daughter

  • You reap what you sow...or so says the Bible. Buddist's believe in Karma...what goes areound comes around. If either of these statements are true....Casey Anthony has a world of hurt coming her way.

  • Well under the constitution she does deserve a fair and speedy trial, now I think she would have to go to Mars in order to get a fair trial.

  • If she had only reported her little girl missing ASAP, not weeks after the fact. Even if someone else killed that baby girl Casey still should have reported her missing. The whole family knows more than they are letting on.
