What do you do to cure pregnancy caused constipation?

I made the mistake once of taking a laxative, and I felt terrible! It helped, but dang, the cramps were like labor pains! What sort of things have you done to get relief?
p.s. I already eat fiber one cereal and the granola bars, and I drink water.

  • You can use fiber powder, another thing I used was prune juice and oatmeal. Lot's of fruit helped me too.
