Do you douche?

If so, how often? does it make you feel cleaner? I always have this rank smell coming from my crotch, even after i get out of the shower! what is this? Is it just my "natural" smell? Does this happen to u too?

  • You aren't supposed to douche because it upsets the natural pH level of your vagina.

If you have a foul odor, see a doctor. It could be bacterial vaginosis or something else entirely that needs to be treated to prevent serious complications.

  • No NEVER it's very harmful to your body. Your Vaginal area cleans itself and doesn't need the help of harmful "cleaning agents" If you have an odor that was not previously there you could have vaginosis, it's common in women and needs to be checked out by your OB. A prescription clears it right up. DON'T DOUCHE!!!!

  • hell no! It screws up the PH balance down there. It's horrible for you, & you will end up w/ a smellier vagina then before you started. Please don't duche....just clean it with soap and water. But DONT stick the soap up there, I've actually heard of stupid woman doing this.

No, it's not your natural smell. You need to go to the DR. if it's a bad smell. You may have some kind of infection, & they can easily give you somethng to fix it. DUCHING WILL NOT FIX THIS PROBLEM, IF ANYTHING IT WILL MAKE IT WORSE!
