fraud

I know someone thats claiming unemployment on her sons benefits while he works in another state! What does the law do about this? She is more then able to work and what about her son does he get in trouble to?

  • I think you should report it, we have enough drains on the system as it is. It's fraud and it's illegal!

  • yes. It needs to be reported. Go to the state unemployment's webpage and see if there is a link for fraud reports

  • WHO care!!! Not a good idea to go around reporting people especially when it has nothing to do with you.
