How often.....

should a baby go to the doctor. other than their shots how often should they go to the doctor for check ups?

  • During the first year, I believe the general well visits are approx every 3 mos (they usually go around the vax schedule). Of course, you go in between well visits if the child is sick :)

  • thnks krista we werent sure ifthe vacs visits counted as the check ups too, or if we needed to in between visits for wellness....we go to military doctors......need i say!

  • 2, 4, 6, 12, 15 months then every year around their b-day.

  • My daughters schedule for well visits is 1 week, 2 week, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, and will have a 9 month in May. Not sure whats after that yet.

  • 1 week 1 month 2 months 4months 6 months 9 months 12 months 18months and then around there birthday every year.
