  • Italian bread crumbs
    Italian seasoning
    Garlic/Onion powder
    Tomato sauce or Ketchup
I don't measure any of the ingredients, but they turn out great! You can bake them or cook them on the stove. I like to sprinkle them with some mozzeralle cheese and serve with a little warm marinara or spaghetti sauce.

1 box of instant stuffing (it doesn't matter what kind)
    1 egg
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup onion
Make into 2 inch balls and bake at 350... I can't remember how long it is exactly... I think about 20 minutes.

  • Here's my husband's:
I lb ground beef and ground turkey
    Panko or regular bread crumbs
    1-2 eggs
    1/2 cup parm cheese
    2 tsp each basil/oregano
    4 chopped garlic cloves
    1/2 cup chopped onion
Mix and form balls. Bake or fry. Simmer in pasta sauce. Hollow out sub rolls with a fork. Leave the end as a plug. Layer mozz and parmcheese, sauce, meatball until roll is full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bread is golden brown. They are to die for.

  • This is almost exactly how I make my meatballs . . DELICIOUS!! I bake mine in the oven for 25-35 minutes, depending on how big I make them and then put them in the sauce . . it cuts the grease and fat. Make sure you check out this recipe . . it's great and there are 450 reviews from others who have made them.

  • I just made some last night!
    2 pounds 90/10 ground sirloin
1 pound mild preservative-free Italian sausage
    Mrs. Dash Garlc&Herb seasoning
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs moistened with milk or stock

Mix it all up, shape some balls (whoo) bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes with a little wine or stock in the bottom of the pan!

  • I use ground beef, milk, one egg, salt pepper and cracker crumbs in mine as well as some onions. Just enough of each so it is not too watery or too salty!

  • No measurements...

Ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic salt, salt, pepper, soy sauce, parm cheese, an egg. Mix it all together and form into meatballs. I bake at about 350 for 15-20 minutes.

    About 3 hours
Hamburger, eggs, milk, and sause in the meatball.
    I love them that way
