  • Random stores carry it. Here in Texas, you can find it at United marketstreets and health food stores. I've been drinking it but don't know if it works. It says you are supposed to drink three to five cups a day but it isn't the best tasting tea so I don't. Perhaps it would do something for me if I did what the directions told me.

  • They have pills too if you don't like the tea. The actual herb is Fenigreek (sp?)

  • Its Fenugreek. but the tea has other things in it too....blessed thistle and some others. You can get it at Whole foods

  • I take Fenugreek. 3 pills 3x a day and it helps a lot. It's 10 bucks for a bottle at Whole foods. good luck:)
