If I'm making a driveway that measures 20ft wide by 85ft long, how much yards of cement is that?

  • 567 yards

    20 x 85 = total feet 1700

    1700 / 3 (3 ft in a yard) = 566.666666666

  • But you also have to consider how deep you want it to be. So its 567yards of surface area, but that doesn't meant that's all you need to get.

  • I actually think it is divided by 9 because you're looking at square yards.

  • thanks ladies, its 4 inches deep.
    but the carpenter only brought two rolls of the panels and its only 5x150 each so its not enough right?
