how can i get my 9 mos old dd to stop grinding her teeth?

  • I didn't find anything that worked. Luckily it was a short-lived habit. She starts doing it again every now and then... I think maybe when she's teething. Now that she's a toddler I can talk her out of it when I'm around her, but who knows what she does in bed. Good thing they get a new set of teeth! (great attitude, I know).

  • My daughter is 7 and has been grinding her teeth in her sleep since she was 2. The dentist says there is nothing to be done. The plastic guards to wear at night are not an option since the kids grow out of them too fast. I have also been trying to find a solution to my daughters problem, but it doesn't seem like there is one...Sorry
