If you use another baby's schedule you will only end up frustrated. For a couple days to a week write down what your baby's current schedule is. When he wakes up, sleeps, nurses, wants to play, everything. That should give you an idea of your baby's schedule. But be ready to change it often because they are babies after all!
wake up 7:00 and bottle, 9-9:30 breakfast( fruit, yogurt possibly), 12:00 Lunch and bottle,12:30-12:45 Nap ( for my DD i only do one nap a day) 3:30 to 4:30 Dinner and another small bottle to keep her full until bedtime, 7:30 bathtime, 8:00 BEDTIME

My son's schedule is like this: Wake up 9:30am. Breakfast of cereal, and 4oz formula. Play until 11:30am. 4oz juice at 11:30am before he goes down for his nap. When he wakes up around 1pm, I give him his lunch. Usually some sort of baby food in vegetables along with some finger foods. With this, I also give him 4oz formula. Around 4pm, he gets another 4oz formula. He takes his second nap at 5pm for an hour. 6-7pm (that's when we sit down for dinner), we give him his dinner with 4oz formula. Bath at 8pm. Then a 8oz bottle before he goes to bed. He usually goes to bed by 10 or 10:30pm. But every baby has a different schedule. You should not abide another baby's schedule. It might not fit your rountine and lifestyle and won't work out.
