can gas make you get sharp intense pain when the baby moves around?

  • Sometimes but it could be more along the lines of your uterus stretching and baby too at the same time.

  • Gas pains can be very intense. Your intestines (along with many other things) are being compressed, shoved around, squished, etc, as baby grows. Try doing gentle stretches to encourage baby to move into a different position and also to help stretch your body out some.
