gum and dieting??

i've heard that if your hungry just chew some gum and it tricks your brain into thinking that you're eating something. is this true?

  • yes i chew gum all day and eat 1200 cals a day, ive lost alot of weight doing this, i buy tons of SUGAR FREE GUM

  • Yes.. But gum causez gas.. An thats not were you want to be.. LOL But its just a temp fix.. You need to keep some ceral bars in your purse..
