my DD is 6 months old today and sounds horse and almost chesty when she crys...Is this normal? she has been sleeping poorly and fussing at eating times as well... I assumed she is teething but could it be more??

she went swimming on tuesday..could that cause anything?

  • Maybe it was thw swimming? I would call the pediatrician just to be safe...whatever it is I'm sure it was initiated by the teething.

  • Also she just woke up covered in poop.... I bathed her and she pooped again...Seems like diareahha....I may go to the ER

  • My son was like that and he had bronchitis. He had diareahha for a few days and was on allergy meds, antibiotic, and steriod med along with neb treatments and he is finally better.
    i would go to the dr :) good luck dear.

  • my 6 month old son started to sound hoarse last week when he 'talked' to us, a few days later he had a bad cold. i think it was from a sore throat.

  • they say she has a nasty tummy bug ( same with me) and she is to drink only pedilite for 24-48 hours. I hope she feels better soon It is breaking my heart!
