Can I take TYLENOL COLD ( containing pseudoephedrine) in it???

  • I wouldnt only because the tyenol cold will cause the breast milk to dry up.

  • If you ever had a cold while you were pregnant and took over the counter medicine, then you can take that same thing while you are breastfeeding. Try visiting kellymom.com. That website has a lot of information ranging from all different topics that have to do with breastfeeding. I took sudafed while breastfeeding and nothing happened to my supply.   • The first answer IS NOT TRUE. You can take Tylenol cold while BFing, just keep an eye on your supply. If it drops, don't take. But it's not a definite thing that your supply will drop.
