Have you ever tried washing your face with baking soda?

It seems to leave your skin smooth and soft. I use it along with my face moisturizer soap then I put face night cream.

  • I use it to soothe my herpes.

  • I am a licensed esthetician and a licensed dental hygienist. Baking soda is alkaline and can cause a negative pH balance in your skin. When used for brushing teeth baking soda can be too abrasive to the enamel and tissue.
Did you know? Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide tooth pastes - less than 3 % is hydrogen peroxide and they use baking soda flavoring. It's all an advertising hype to sell more product.
