  • Seek a professional opinion and if you don't agree with the diagnosis....get another! No two doctors are created equally...there are good and bad. You are the mother of the child and mothers have an instinct about their children. If something doesn't feel out information and answers...ask questions and look at different opinions. You can also Read books on possible conditions. Seek answers until you feel that all of your questions have been properly answered and you feel comfortable with the diagnosis. The best way to gauge whether or not the diagnosis is correct is look at the results. Are the treatments working? If not, why?

It is a process. Just hang in there ...try new things and keep moving forward.
Good luck to you and your child.
