This may seem like a dumb question

Im currently 27 weeks pregnant with twins and I think Im having Braxton Hicks Contractions, I know its just preparing for the real contractions but does that mean that I may be having my boys soon? I was expecting in like May even though Im due June 20

  • Braxton-Hicks contractions happen throughout the whole pregnancy, even before you start being able to feel them, usually around 20 weeks. It doesn't mean anything as far as labor goes.

  • Some people have them for months before labor. I've been contracting for a month now. However I've been told twins like to come early so I would get ready in case.

  • no it doesnt . i started those around 25 weeks . do keep in mind tho braxtonhicks can be pretty painful too . good luck and congrats
