ONLY Tuna, ONLY H20 & ONLY fruit. Total raisin bran in the am & start exercising. By May that ought to do it. REMEMBER you have to move around EXTRA. To excert yourself, that is why it is called exercise. Good luck. By the way you aren't the only one. I need to take my own advice. Good luck to us both honey !!
