how can i loose wieght fast atleast a little bit before my birthday????

i weigh 186 i want to at least 170 by may please help

  • Dont eat much bread, salt, or drink soda.. Dance the electric slide in your living room 30mins a day.. eat a small healthy snack ever two hours, dont eat after 7pm AT ALL..

  • ONLY Tuna, ONLY H20 & ONLY fruit. Total raisin bran in the am & start exercising. By May that ought to do it. REMEMBER you have to move around EXTRA. To excert yourself, that is why it is called exercise. Good luck. By the way you aren't the only one. I need to take my own advice. Good luck to us both honey !!
