Has anyone ever done...

Jenny Craig, was it expensive and was the food good or did it taste like gross frozen TV dinner?

  • I would say to spend the money on a few good books, learn about portion control, and healthful eating. JC is just overpriced portioned meals. And they probably are loaded with junk:-)
    I would suggest anything by:
    Dr. Oz
    Dr. McDougall
    Dr. Fuhrman
    Dr. Dean Ornish
    Or even Weight Watchers over JC.

  • Jenny Craig is just another gimmick. The food is all portion controlled. Once you stop and go back to your former eating habits you'll gain the weight back. Look at Kirstie Alley.
    You can portion control what you already eat without buying into a program. I found that by using portion control, I am saving money on groceries.

  • Nope. Wasted money on that. I do Atkins and it's great. I love it. Read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution first though.
