How long before you rewash?

You throw a load of clothes in the wash-machine & forget about them....
How many hours (or days-lol) has to pass before you think you should rewash them?

  • 24 hours if I put them in there. If my husband put them in there, I can't be sure when he did it, so I just rewash.

  • Well since I can't smell I do it the next day. My people complain about stinky clothes otherwise.

  • If they are in there for more than two hours after the wash I would rewash them!

  • To me as long as they don't smell once I notice them I just put them in the dryer, if a few days have passed I rewash them.

  • Sometimes I put a load in in the morning and they don't get into the dryer until the same night and don't stink but that's about the longest.

  • I think they tend to get that stinky smell after like 12-24 hours.

  • A few hours. Even the thought of mold starting to grow disgusts me. I'll stay up late just to make sure they hit the dryer.
