What helps with back pain

I'm only 18 weeks along. But my back is killing me. I work where I have to stand all day, my shoes are cumfy, so my feet never hurt. Sometimes I can't even stand straight up. I'm fine most of the time when I sit down. I toss alot when I sleep. But it just never goes away. I've had massages and it never helps does anyone have any ideas on how to help me?

  • Did you ever try going to a chiropractor? I've been a long time sufferer from low back pain. With my 1st pregnancy, I went every week from 20 weeks on. With my 2nd, I started much earlier. With this baby, I haven't been going, but I have been working out & that has helped tremendously.

  • I ditto a chiropractor, but I also suggest new shoes... sometimes your feet won't hurt but the shoes can be causing back pain.
