i want to start to lose my baby fat....., how should i start? what should i start with?

  • eat normal and healthy. I walked alot and pushed the stroller to gain upper body tone. but walking did it for took me about 8 months to get back to my normal size again. oh yeah no pop or sweets. lol I stayed away till i was happy with my old body again. lol

  • Start with eating smaller portions and healthier portions before anything else... the exercise isn't the hardest part.. its the food

  • Eat smaller meals every 3 hours and don't eat 2 hours before bed. Try eating more fruits and veggies. Less sugars, carbs, soda (even diet), and try walking for 30 mins a day (brisk). If you just had your baby you'll need to get a ok by your doc before you start any diet of workout routine.

  • eat 1200 cals a day and work your butt off!!! it took me 6 months but i wokrd hard at it! good luck
