How much should my 10 month old be eating?

  • As much as s/he can handle or wants.

    Mine were huge eaters, but they were eating table foods (the amount equivalent to what would fit in about two stage 2 jars and sometimes a little more) and about 8oz of milk in a sippy for each meal (breakfast, lunch and supper) They also had two snacks (mid morning and mid afternoon) with about 8oz of juice/water mixed and another small one about 1 hour before bed with 8oz of milk...all in sippy cups.
