  • How about pizza with whole wheat crust, a little reduced fat cheese, and whatever vegetables and meats you like- onions, sweet peppers, herbs...
or omelettes: you can use the eggs that are in the containers- although real eggs are supposed to be OK on occasion, and use as fillers your meats and vegies.
or chop up the meat and vegies and use them as fillings in wraps or pita.
or grind them up and cook them as a loaf, serve with a low fat sauce or gravy. Beans are a nutritious food that you can do a lot with, too, including the loaf idea. Speaking of which, how about chili- you can add extra vegies and meats to that.

  • Try making homemade sushi with all kinds of different fillings, it's easy and healthy. Like above poster said, whole wheat pizza is great too.. I make mine on whole what pita bread and use ground turkey as a topping.. provolone gives it a great flavor. Good luck! :)

  • my thoughts if you're already bored, this eating healthy idea isn't going to last, so why prolonge the inevitable? Make your favorite homecooked meals, just watch your portion control. And if it's about eating better foods, make it organic, and always always always have veggies and fruits throughout the day.

  • You can eat healthy without repeating the same foods constantly and being bored. If you are already bored you must be over doing it. Making meals homemade rather than eating processed foods is a lot healthier than using processed foods. Eliminate high fructose corn syrup and other preservatives. There are a lot of healthy delicious meals you can cook without getting bored.
