  • Be firm, and don't allow her to continue to come back into your bed. It will be work, trust me I just had to do this with my 3 year old dd. But it is worth it! She has been sleeping in her bed everynight by herself for the past 2 months =). When your dd wakes up in the middle of the night and tries to sneak back into your bed, WAKE up and don't allow it. Put her straight back into her bed! GOod luck!! Its a lot of work!!

  • Pick her up and put her in it. Give her a hug and a kiss and reassure her you're in the next room. If you don't want her in your bed, you can't allow her to get in it, you have to get up and take her back every time.
