What's so great about maternity underwear?

I went shopping for some recently but they all just look like regular underwear, no elastice support and some lower cut then I wear now.

Are they better for you or will I just be wasting my money??

  • Mine didn't roll down my big ol belly! They are ugly, though!

  • I think they are a waste of money. I had some, and they were just super stretchy and went over your belly. lol

Just buy reg. panties a size or two up. If you need too. But you can just wear your reg. panties under your belly.

  • They're probably more comfortable than regular underwear, but you don't have to wear maternity underwear.

  • They're gross and ugly lol I never bought/wore maternity underwear. Low rise underwear works just as good, or boy undies [they're for girls, just boy styled].

  • I have bought a few pairs and find them far more comfortable than my regular panties, since they sit a lot lower in front. But I don't really want to spend the money on them, so I just deal with the regular ones when the maternity ones are dirty.

  • it would more than likely be a waste of money, as long as your comfortable in your regular undies i wouldnt buy any maternity undies
