I am not producing much milk lately, my daughter won't drink formula so what should I do to make sure she gets enough nutrients?

She is 10 months old

  • pump throughout the day, that produces more milk and you can always give it to her in a bottle.

  • Keep nursing, and offer table foods? She's old enough to be eating table foods.

  • Your daughter is probably getting enough nutrients. Your body is producing enough milk. Just keep nursing on demand and cut out solids.
