  • 1 lb ground turkey, 1 c ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, fresh Italian parsley, and a pinch of nutmeg. Salt and fresh pepper- mix and form into log.
    wrap with 3 ounces of proscuitto, and tie like you would a roast. Brown on all sides in a cast iron pan until proscuitto is crisp, bake at 350, until 180 in the center.

  • i dont remember exactly the recipe, i have it written down but it has stuffing in it, broth, and hamburger.

  • Regular meatloaf (meat, eggs, bread crumbs, seasoning) with ground turkey instead of beef.

  • I made meatloaf yesterday.

    1 lb ground beef
    1 egg
    2 tbsp tomatoe paste
    1 packet dried onion soup mix
    1/2 cup bread crumbs

    mix ingedients together, press into loaf pan, bake 350 degrees 40 minutes

  • 1lb 97% ground beef
    1lb itaian sausage
    3 eggs
    1 sleave salted salteen crackers
    1 tsp black peper
    1/2 tsp rosemarry
    1 tsp parsely
    1 tsp italian seasoning
    1 small red bell peper
    1 meduim carrot
    1/2 small sweet onion
    2 celery stalks destringed
    4-5 fresh mushrooms
    2-3 medium roma tomatoes...

    1. In food processor combine veggies, spices, eggs, crackers... and meat if big enough if not remove veggies and process meat to mix it together. then mix meat and veggie combinations together.
    2. Divide and Roll into two. Place both rolls in foil wraped baking dish 9X13ish .
    3. place into preheated oven at 375deg until center is 170 degrees. (about an hour and a half depending on oven) Half way through pour out juice and set aside to cool
    4. used cooled juice to make gravey. Mix juice with all purpose flour (even amounts). Cook on stove adding milk to desired thikness
