feeling like crap

I am 18 weeks pregger for the second time. I was nauseas during my first 14 weeks of pregnancy but not a lot of vomiting. Today I have vomited a couple times and cant keep anything down. I've tried saltines, my nausea pills, I cant really relax i have a 9 month old to chase around, and I have a horrible, almost a migrane but not as severe, headache. what are some things that might be able to help me besides saltines(doesnt work)

  • try a jolly rancher lol i know sounds dumb but its a small amount of sugar and that helped me out alot

  • P.S. I havent gained any 'weight' yet. I lost 4 lbs and gained it back so i am still at my pre pregnancy weight

  • Peppermint patties or just anything peppermint it help alot with vomiting and nausea. Hope you feel better.

  • peppermints helped me and so did though preggie pops & i lost weight with my first one.
    i only gained a total of 16 pounds. but she came out fine but you should talk to you doctor
    about it.

  • I would try peppermint candy it helped me out alot. I am 24 weeks prego and i just now started gaining weight this last month. I lost 10 pounds and this last month i gained 6 so all together my whole pregancy i have gained 6 pounds and it looked like i was gaining tons of weight and i was eating like crazy. If ya keep throwing up and have your head ach i would get ahold of your doctor.
