  • Will he still eat the Gerber fruit purees? Real prunes work better than prune juice.

  • Yes, he still eats those he loves them but they don't help him either.

  • Maybe see a specialist? Talk to your pedi.

  • Regular prune juice shouldn't hurt him you can also try pediasure i used that when i was helping my sister with my niece if not then maybe some apple sauce or something that has apples in it.

  • I have the same issues with my DD, only once i started giving her baby fruits and veggies it helped a lot (whatever you do though, don't give him anything with bananas, it makes it worse.) When juice and solids don't work though, My pedi said I could give her half of a baby suppository. (she's 6 months old, so an 11 month old may be able to take more, but start with a very little bit) But that's only in extreme cases because they can get to the point where they won't go without it...

  • talk to your pediatrician, he'll more than likely prescribe you lactulose or miralax. you can get miralax over the counter but if he prescribes you generic then you'll basically get alot for next to nothing. my ds had constipation problems since he was born and nothing was working til he got lactulose, now he's on miralax

  • Try a tsp of Karo syrup in with a bottle of water. This helped my daughter when she was about 3 months
