chewed crib?

my daughter decided to teeth on the side rails of her crib and now it looks horrible. i re-did the nursey a few months ago, so i would like to fix it. any ideas on touching it up?

  • A wood filler and depending on what color you could paint or use a stain. Home Depot.

  • it is not bad enough for filler, but i am worried about the stain since she may put her mouth on it.

  • anon 1030 had a great answer and also, you might want to buy crib guards. they are long plastic pieces that adhere to the top edges of the crib. I had a chewer too but i kept the marks in to remember her very short time as a baby. :)
