How can I get my 3mo. old to stop sucking his fingers?

Since day one he hasn't used a pacifier (other than my breast and his fingers). Any suggestions on how I can get him to stop sucking on his fingers and arms? He has left hickies on his arm from sucking on them..

  • At 3 mos. old I don't think you have much control over the situation, meaning just let it be. You can't do anything about it and he isn't hurting anything by doing it.
