eating for my toddler

my dd is 26 months and she has always been a picky eater but its getting worse i cant get her to eat anything but cheese.. i tryed the whole make her eat what im haveing and if she doesnt want it dont give her anything else then when she is hungry shell eat well that didnt work she will go days if i did that without eating .... sonce she loves cheese i tryed things that have cheese in then like mac and cheese she wont eat it i need help please anyone else going through this

  • ask her pediatrician, put her on a multivitamin, try cookie cutters to make shapes out of her food, give her dips to try and dip certain foods in (yogurt, PB&honey, ranch, ketchup, BBQ, etc.) and let her self feed so that she feels like a "big girl."

  • we found these drinks called Kid's Essentials. they seem to be in most grocery stores (around here, atleast). they're full of the stuff that kids need and they taste reeeallly good! they dont completely replace meals or anything. but when my little one is being a fussy eater (this happens OFTEN), i feel better having given her one. and i can tell it makes a difference, because she doesn't act all fussy like she might if she didnt get enough to eat.
    one thing- they're not particularly cheap. i think its around $10 for a 4-pack. but look for coupons! they're out there!
