How can i help this restless leg syndrome i have from being pregnant?

  • I take a calcium/magnesium supplement every night, a couple hours before bed to give it time to absorb. It seems to help a lot!

  • i would try eating bananas and streching your legs before bed. Taking a warm back before bed can help to. These are all tips my doctor gave me and im soon went away after trying all these thigns but i dont know what helped the most.
