  • I like Montreal Chicken, but we also prepare chicken by marnating in the juice of one lime or lemon and one orange mixed with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and garlic powder and onion powder then grill.

  • Similar to caribbean jerk, made by same people..but its got lime,lemon and other flavorings. it was perfect on my grilled chicken

  • We like Emerill's essence on boneless breasts, very good...or on legs and thighs we rub with olive oil, sprinkle lemon pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. You can't go wrong with some basic spices.
