how many ounces of milk should i give my child ?

my child is 8 months old i would like to now how many ounces of should i be giving to my child at the stage he is now?

  • Depends on what you baby wants... but usually around 25-30 oz

  • At 8 months, the baby shouldn't be drinking milk at all.

    Now, if you meant breast milk or formula, then it depends on how much food the baby is eating. If not too much food, then still on demand. If the baby is eating regular meals and snacks, then our pediatrician recommended no lower than 24oz of formula (breast milk would be between you and the baby unless you're pumping and then I would say probably about the same)

  • My pedi said at least 24 oz. My daughter is 7 1/2 months. She takes 3 8oz bottles.
