What do I need to do?

I have tension headaches, that no med ever given will help. I'm trying a chiropractor now, but feel worse. I don't have these headaches when I'm pregnant, but had a tubal last year so can't get rid of them that way. I take paxil 20 mg daily for anxiety, but feel like it might not be working anymore. I am tired, cranky, and so sick of having this headache. Had an MRI done, nothing wrong, but doctors seem to just want to write it off like no big deal. I don't want a narcotic because that will only cover up the problem not get rid of it. Because I don't have them when I am pregnant I'm convinced that my body is relaxed with that hormone it produces during this time (relaxin?) so I don't get these problems. I just want to know if anyone else suffers from this. I've had them on and off since I was 18. Nothing has worked. My doctor now said with four young kids and being a stay at home mom I just have to live with it.

  • get tested to see if you are lactose intolerant. Or just stop consuming dairy completely for a few days and see if that helps.
