  • Check out this chart. It lists food for ages 4/6 months up to a year. You can print it out and keep it on you fridge or in the kitchen.

    Includes foods like Avocados, apricots, carrots, turkey, tofu, chicken, zucchini, peaches, plums and pumpkins!

  • he eats everything we eat, just in bite size pieces. we eat very healthy so this works for us. he has no teeth, but he can gum just about anything ( except steak)

  • my daughter eats just about all table food. She still eats some jar food because we have so much and i hate to see it go to waste lol. but otherwise she eats what we eat

  • My baby gets breastmilk and some formula.
    And then foods- 3/4 baby food and 1/4 finger foods/table foods... we have been moving more towards feeding him what we are having depending on what it is.
    Some of the things he has are: carrots, peas, green beans, tortilla shell, small pieces of hamburger, chicken and roastbeef, bread, potaotes, sweet potatoes, crackers, gerber puffs, wagon wheels, yogurt melts, cheese
    Other new foods for him (that aren't finger foods)- mashed potatoes, yogurt, rice
