Depression ?

Does any body have a natural way to deal with depression?
(an alternative to taking medication)

  • Exercise,run,walk,ride a bike,all works for me.Getting enough sleep and relaxing,enjoy yourself anyways even if you are misserable helps alot.Watch your diet,eat healthy and drink alot of water,stay away from sugar and caffine.

  • I think exercise and just talking to someone is a good way, but I don't know I've been feeling really depressed lately too.

  • Getting out of the house,getting some exercise,some sun,and maybe talking to someone about your depression.. good luck
