is it normal...

to constantly fear miscarriage? i feel like my mind wanders to it way too often! i am always thinking "what if this happens" or "will i even make it to my 2nd trimester"...& it worries me that i am thinking about it & worrying about it too often! i thought i was suppose to be happy to be pregnant, not so scared...is it normal to think & fear it constantly, or is this a strange form of depression i am experiencing?

  • It is COMPLETELY normal. It is a fear that almost every woman has.

Do you have a copy of "What to Expect When You're Expecting?" If not, I highly recommend it. It discusses the fear of miscarriage and really puts your mind at ease.
