Whole milk

After you start whole milk, how long is it safe to let the child drink it after it has been out of the fridge? Like if they get a bottle at 10:00 but don't finish it and it sat on the coffeee table for an hour or two? I know the formula could be out for no more than 3 hours, but i have been told that regular milk will go bad after like an hour. So how long is okay before getting new bottle.

  • Why not just put it into the fridge when they are done and not letting them run around with it. Have it in a sippy cup with a meal and when they are thirsty between meals give them water. No need to wonder.

  • everything I have read focuses mostly on temperature and not time...to discard milk if it gets about 45 degrees F
