Should i have my 3 month old twin boys on a "schedual"? and how do you do it? we have a bedtime "routine"...

  • i would have them on schedule because then one would be up the other sleep and one would be hungry and the other not, and you would get no break what so ever ever. you would always have one to take care of. and if they are on schedule feedings, baths, NAPS, are all together. trust me it was so much easier once i got mine on a schedule i was a happy mommy, Congrats on your twins. twins are so much fun, double trouble but definetely you will never be bored or looking for something to do. im so happy for you

  • 3 mo. might be a little early. Eventually (around 5-6) mo., you'll start noticing a definite pattern. Once you figure it out, set it in stone. If they're usually sleepy around 10 am, then 10 am becomes naptime, etc. Then be prepared for it to change every couple of months. Just adapt to them when it seems appropriate and you'll do fine. Schedules are very nice things for both you and babies.
