Does anyone have a brownie recipe that I could also incorporate mint chocolate candies into?

Thanks

  • I like to mix up brownie mix according to the box and then top it with chunks of chocolate, like take the mints and chop them up fairly small with a knife then toss them on top of the brownie mix and bake as usual.

  • What are the chocolate candies? Like an M&M or like an Andes candy? You could use any brownie recipe, even boxed ones, and just add the candy to the batter before baking. If you have M&M type candy, they can be stirred into the mix. If they are more like the Andes, you can just lay them on top of the batter. Bake as normal according to the instructions.

  • Chop up the mints and just add to the batter and bake as normal. Be careful because the mints tend to be strong.
